Are you willing to eliminate soda and sugar drinks from your diet? And are you willing to exercise 20 to 30 minutes a day by walking?

However, if you do not want to do those things you can still lose weight.

Second Choice

How much weight do you want to lose?

You need to be reasonable about the amount of weight you want to lose and how fast you want to take it off. A crash diet is unhealthy and dangerous. It took a lifetime to gain the weight, so you need to allow yourself time to take it off. So, what is reasonable?

First figure out the total amount you would like to lose. Once you have the total, determine how much you want to drop per month. I do not recommend that you attempt to lose more than 20 to 30 pounds a month. Understand that weight loss takes time.
